Crychar’s suppers are only available during winter season. In summer, enjoy our nibbling platters all day and our themed evenings: gourmet tapas, BBQ … at the hotel’s wine bar or on the terrace!
A seasonally-inspired gourmet invitation
Grégory the passionate chef and his team, offer inventive gourmet cuisine emphasising seasonal regional produce and local producers, while advocating simplicity in their dishes. Come and try the “The Crychar Suppers” in the evenings during the seasons: there’s no menu here, just a single menu with fresh products that changes every evening. A themed dinner is available each week: a Savoyard evening on Mondays (raclette, Reblochon or fondue) and an evening of prime beef rib cooked in the fireplace on Sundays. Only through booking for non-guests of the hotel (only from Thursday to Sunday).

As a reference in gastronomy and discoverer of talent for more than 40 years, Gault & Millau honoured the Crychar’s cuisine by awarding it a toque in its 2011/2012 gastronomic guide.

A wine cellar with more than 250 references
To accompany this refined cuisine, the Crychar offers a fine wine list carefully selected by Céline, with its 250 references, from new wines to vintage wines. You can come every evening from Thursday to Sunday for the “Crychar Suppers”: a privileged moment in a unique setting, for you to both savour and marvel at.
