Summer season naturally often means light, seasonal cuisine where you improvised dinner aperitifs around a good bottle of wine are often a go to. This is the exact spirit of the gastronomic experience brought to you by our Chef Gregory during summer season! No overloaded menu or superfluous menus but rather a selection of platters (available at any time of the day) and small plates of summer delights: burrata, ham with truffle, cured meats and Alpine cheeses a relaxed atmosphere, comfortably seated at Le Bacchus wine bar or on our terrace with views of the mountains.
The restaurant is open every night from 6:30 and 7:00 for our themed evenings.

On Sunday evenings enjoy your drinks served with a beautiful rib of beef grilled over a wood fire!
