The following conditions apply to all rooms reserved at the Hotel Crychar, in Gets. Any reservation necessarily implies your complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Check-in, check-out
The hotel rooms are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest, on the day of departure. An extra night may be charged through noncompliance with these departure times. We will gladly look after your luggage, a shower is also available on both arrival and departure. Please warn us in case of late arrival (after 19:00) and give us your estimated time of arrival.
Half-board
The half board price is available for a minimum of three nights. The half board price is an indivisible package including room, dinner, and breakfast. Meals not taken will be charged at the end of the stay.
Reservations and guarantees
Bookings at the hotel must be confirmed in writing (email or mail) unless made online. They must be guaranteed by a deposit of 30% for the cost the entire stay and purchased services, either by cheque or by bank transfer (in this case only the net amount will be considered as encashment value) or by credit card.
Shortened stay
The deposit is payable in full to the end of stay provided that it has been respected in full. For shortened stays the remainder of the reservation must be paid.
Cancellation of stay
As part of your booking we suggest you take out the cancellation / interruption of stay insurance (Hotels and Chalets Tradition) so you will be refunded the deposit and amounts due under our Terms and Conditions. The rate is 4.9% of the total amount.
Please click on the insurance link. The hotel cannot be held responsible for events of any kind which may cause cancellation or modification of stay, we strongly recommend you to take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellation terms
- In case of cancellation or postponement more than 30 days prior to arrival, the 30% deposit will be retained.
- If canceled or postponed less than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
- In case of late cancellation or postponement (-15 days prior to arrival) or as a no show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
COVID 19 Specific case
- Due to health crisis, should EITHER your Government stop the non-essential travel to LES GETS France, holidays destination OR French Government close services and businesses in LES GETS, free cancellation.
All prepaid amount will be postponed to another stay or will be refund.
In addition, in the event of illness (in particular related to the Covid-19), if you take out cancellation insurance, the insurance will cover the reimbursement of your stay
Access to the wellness area is included in the room price
- Included in the price, access to the 250m2 spa with 10x4m pool and its massage jets, sauna, steam room, experience showers, cold water buckets, ice, rest room, gym … Head to our wellness area in the basement of the hotel!
- Please note, Children under 12 must be accompanied in the pool area. The relaxation areas and sports are for those over 18.
Surcharge
- Breakfast
- Dinner and breakfast if on the room only formula (by reservation at the hotel reception the day before or the morning of the day of preference)
- Care at the spa / wellness centre priced accordingly
Restaurant, Bar
- Each night, a specific menu is offered to customers of the hotel, by reservation, the day before or the morning before (€39.50 to €45 depending on the menu – special rates for children). At noon, lunch is available à la carte.
- During the day, our bar is open with the possibility of cold meats and cheeses, foie gras, pastries, desserts …
Ski equipment and MTB rental
- In partnership with Delavay Sports (Les Gets), your skis / mountain-bikes will be delivered to the hotel at the end of the day and recovered at the hotel on departure.
- To do this, make an appointment with Delavay Sports to try your equipment when you arrive in the station, mentioning that you are staying at the Hotel Crychar.
