The Crychar enters the Collège Culinaire de France
The Crychar can now display the title “Restaurateur de Qualité“, issued by the Collège Culinaire de France,an institution of international renown which represents, promotes and transmits the French culinary heritage. This new title refers to involved establishments, which are committed to embodying and promoting their passion for the transmission and future of artisanal culinary heritage, a distinction that Crychar shares with all its producers and suppliers who share the same values!
Confirmation of the Gault & Millau chef’s hat
After obtaining a chef’s hat (toque in French) at Gault&Millau in 2011/2012, and again in 2018 Crychar Crychar’s cuisine reinforces its status as an exquisite table by confirming its chef’s hat on the gastronomic guide for 2019! A great reward for Chef Grégory Delechat and the entire brigade, who work every day to bring culinary excellence to Crychar.
New mention on the Guide Michelin 2019 !
The Crychar appears for the second year in a row in the famous Michelin Guide. For this 2019 edition, a “Red Fork” is added to the “Plate” obtained in 2018. Discover the word of the inspector:
