A perfect charming hotel located right on the piste.

We stayed at Hotel Crychar for 4 nights. I booked the hotel solely on the reviews on trip advisor, and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is charming, ideally located on the piste and close to the centre of town. We walked down the side of the piste, 1 minute to the village. The staff, Celine, Greg , Anne – Laure and Naxime work very hard running the hotel. They were really friendly and helpful. We opted for B & B, but did have 1 dinner at the hotel, which was superb! I think this hotel is more like a 4 star than a 3 star, so don’t be put off by this rating. Les Gets is a charming and beautiful town. The skiing is fairly easy, so ideal for beginners / intermediates. We skied across to Avoriaz which involved skiing down to Morzine, catching Le petit train across town and then up the other side. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return next year.
