Fish and Drink Aperitif on the terrace!

This summer, the Bacchus returns with the perfect formula for fans of aperitif and seafood! See you every Wednesday at 7 pm for Apero Matsya! Enjoy a friendly and gastronomic moment with friends, around a plate of marinated fish to share, cooked over a wood-fired barbecue. A great way to discover or re-discover the flavors of the sea and the lake, on our sunny terrace with breathtaking views of the green mountains!

Salmon, half-cooked tuna, Arctic char, perch fillets, féra … depending on the arrivals, enjoy fresh and marinated fish cooked in the barbecue along witch a nicely chilled bottle of wine.
