The following conditions apply to every room booking at Le Crychar Hôtel & Spa in Les Gets. Making a booking implies your full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. The hotel offers two rates, the standard rate and the prepaid rate: their payment and cancellation terms differ, everything else is the same.
Check-in, check-out
Rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am at the latest on the day of departure. An extra night may be charged if this departure time is not respected. We will gladly keep your luggage, and a shower is available on the days of arrival and departure. Please let us know if you will arrive late (after 7 pm), with your approximate time of arrival.
Half board
The half-board rate applies to stays of three nights or more. It is an all-inclusive package of dinner, room and breakfast. Meals not taken are not deducted at the end of the stay.
Booking and payment
Any booking must be confirmed in writing (email or letter), unless it is made online. Payment can be made by cheque, by bank transfer (in which case only the net amount received is taken into account) or by credit card; the hotel’s bank details are sent to you when you book.
- Standard rate: the booking is guaranteed by a deposit of 40% of the total price of the stay and of the services purchased, paid when you book.
- Prepaid rate: the full price of the stay and of the services purchased (100%) is paid when you book.
Cancellation or postponement
Standard rate
- More than 30 days before arrival: the 40% deposit is retained.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of the stay is charged.
- Less than 15 days before arrival, or no-show: the full price of the stay is charged.
Prepaid rate
- More than 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of the stay is retained.
- Less than 15 days before arrival, or no-show: the full price of the stay is retained.
Shortened stay
The deposit is only deducted at the end of the stay, provided the stay is completed in full. If a stay is shortened, the unused remainder of the stay is still due.
Cancellation insurance
As the hotel cannot be held responsible for events of any kind that may lead to a stay being cancelled or changed, we strongly recommend cancellation insurance. It refunds the deposit or the sums due under these terms and conditions of sale. It costs 4.9% of the total price of your stay and can only be taken out online, when you book, at assurances-sejours.com.
Wellness area included in the room price
- Included in the price: access to the 250 m² spa with its 10 x 4 m pool and massage jets, sauna, steam room, sensory shower, cold-water bucket, ice, relaxation room and gym. Our wellness area is in the basement of the hotel.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied in the pool area. The relaxation and gym areas are open to guests aged 16 and over.

Ski and mountain bike rental
- Through our partner Delavay Sports (Les Gets), your skis or bike are delivered to the hotel at the end of the day and collected from the hotel when you leave.
- To arrange this, go to Delavay Sports as soon as you arrive in the resort to try your equipment in the shop, mentioning that you are staying at Le Crychar Hôtel & Spa.
